Return/Exchange Policy

Please note

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.
  • The cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned product is received.
  • The value of the exchange order must be equal to or greater than the original order.

1. Size Issues

  • While returns are not accepted for size issues, we are happy to offer an exchange.

  • Steps for Exchange:

    1. Place a new order with the correct size.

    2. Send a screenshot of your new order, along with a photo of the item and your order ID, to our customer care at +91 9945464607

    3. Once the details you provide on WhatsApp are approved, we will initiate the return process for the original item.

    4. If your original order was prepaid, a refund will be issued once the returned item is received at our warehouse.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • We sincerely apologize if you received a defective or damaged item, and we are committed to resolving this promptly.

  • Steps for Exchange:

    1. Place a new order for the replacement item.

    2. Send a screenshot of your new order, along with a photo of the defective item and your order ID, to +91 9945464607

    3. Once the details you provide on WhatsApp are approved, we will arrange the return of the defective piece and issue a refund once the item reaches our warehouse.

3. Wrong Product Delivered

  • If you received the wrong product, we deeply regret the inconvenience and will make it right.

  • Steps for Exchange:

    1. We will first attempt to send you the correct item from our nearest store.

    2. If we’re unable to do so, please send your order ID and a photo of the incorrect item to our customer care on WhatsApp at +91 9945464607

    3. Since you have already paid for the previous order, we will create a new order for the correct product at no additional cost to you.
