Return & Exchange Policy
Please note
- We only accept exchanges and they must be initiated within 36 hours of delivery.
- The exchanges are possible in the three cases mentioned below
- The value of the exchange order must be equal to or greater than the original order.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned product is received.
Size Issues
While returns are not accepted for size issues, we are happy to offer an exchange. The return shipping cost in this case is borne by the customer.
Steps for Exchange:

Place a new order with the correct size.

Send a screenshot of your new order, along with a photo of the item and your order ID, to our customer care at +919945464607.

Once the details you provide on WhatsApp are approved, we will initiate the return process for the original item.

If your original order was prepaid, a refund will be issued once the returned item is received at our warehouse.
Defective or Damaged Item
Steps for Exchange:

Place a new order for the replacement item.

Send a screenshot of your new order, along with a photo of the defective item and your order ID, to +919945464607.

Once the details you provide on WhatsApp are approved, we will arrange the return of the defective piece and issue a refund once the item reaches our warehouse.
Wrong Product Delivered
Steps for Exchange:

We will first attempt to send you the correct item from our nearest store.

If we’re unable to do so, please send your order ID and a photo of the incorrect item to our customer care on WhatsApp at +919945464607.

Since you have already paid for the previous order, we will create a new order for the correct product at no additional cost to you.
